Start/Advance an Operational Period

When an Incident Management workspace is created, the Operational Period automatically starts ("Operational Period 0").

To advance an operational period, follow these steps: 

  1. From the main menu, select Incident Management.
  2. Next, select Settings.
  3. Click the Advance Operational Period button.

  4. Select the Anticipated End Date/Time for Next Period dropdowns. 

  5. Click the Advance button.
