How do I Generate an ICS form?

Click the Add button to get started.

Once Generate ICS Forms is selected, members will receive an alert. Incidents are escalated to duty members when this form is completed. 

To generate an ICS form, follow these steps:

  1. From the main menu, select Incident Management.
  2. Select Planning from the Incident Workspace menu.
  3. To complete forms, click the Add button next to the Incident Objectives (201,202), Incident Strategies (201, 202), ect.
    1. Repeat this step until every form is complete. 
  4. Once all the forms are complete, click the Export button. 

Note: Exporting IAP and ICS forms are not required but are suggested for record keeping.
