Enhancements
Enhanced Operational Map
When you sign in to the Hub, you'll see operational information relevant to your organization, including event-specific data displayed on the interactive map.
Selecting an item on the map opens additional details about that event or resource.
Real-Time Weather Information
The Hub now displays weather information, including NOAA alerts such as flood watches, helping users stay informed of environmental conditions that may affect operations.
Home Area of Responsibility
When you open the Hub, PRATUS automatically centers the map on your assigned Home Area of Responsibility (AOR), allowing you to immediately focus on the incidents and operational information most relevant to your unit.
View Approved Incident Action Plans
Users can now open an Approved Incident Action Plan (IAP) directly from the Hub.
From the Hub, select an incident from the map or the Incidents list, then choose Approved Plan to review the approved plan for the current operational period.
Only approved Incident Action Plans are available from the Hub.
Draft plans remain visible only within the Incident Workspace until they have been approved and the operational period has been advanced.
Key Benefits
These enhancements help users:
- Quickly identify active incidents and operational events
- View additional information directly from the Hub map
- Monitor weather conditions that may impact operations
- Begin each session focused on their assigned Area of Responsibility
- Access approved operational plans without opening each Incident Workspace
- Improve situational awareness across multiple incidents and geographic locations
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
