      What do I do if I forgot my login credentials?

      1. Start by navigating to the login page of the PRATUS platform.

      2. Select Forgot Password: Look for a link or button that says “Forgot Password”

      3. Enter Your Email: You will be prompted to enter the email address associated with your account. Fill this in, and we’ll send you instructions on how to reset your password or retrieve your username.

      4. Check Your Email: Open your email inbox and look for an email from PRATUS. Follow the instructions provided in the email to reset your password. If you don’t see the email, be sure to check your spam or junk folder.

      5. Reset Your Password: The email will contain a link that takes you to a page where you can set a new password. Choose a strong password that you haven't used before on this site.
