What does Incident Settings do?

Incident Settings is the first step in configuring the workspace to plan and manage an incident

On the Incident Settings page, users can:

  1. Edit the incident name
  2. Add/edit incident types
  3. Change the severity level
  4. Assign incident seats
  5. Advance the operational period
  6. View/print the organization chart
  7. Change organizational ownership of the workspace,
  8. Archive the workspace when the incident is over.
