How can I create and view Incident Workspaces when setting up an organization?

Incidents workspaces are created from Org Settings in the Incident Management app and viewed/updated here.

To configure an incident in your workspace, follow these instructions:

  1. From the Organization Settings page, select Incidents on the left.
  2. To view an existing incident, click the arrow associated with the incident Name.

  3. Press the blue Configure Incident button. You will be brought to the Incident Workspace page.

  4. Update details regarding the incident.

  5. To create a new incident, click the blue New Incident button.
  6. Input a Name for the incident
  7. Select Incident Type
  8. Select Severity
  9. Select Sponsor Organization (if different from your existing organization)
  10. Select Teams to Activate
  11. Click Save
