How can I view and create incidents when setting up an organization?

Incidents can be set up in the Incident Management app and viewed/updated here.

To configure an incident in your workspace, follow these instructions:

  1. From the Organization Settings page, select Incidents on the left.
  2. To view an existing incident, click the arrow associated with the incident Name.

  3. Press the blue Configure Incident button. You will be brought to the Incident Workspace page.

  4. Update details regarding the incident.

  5. To create a new incident, click the blue New Incident button.
