PRATUS Version 2.63

We are thrilled to announce that PRATUS 2.63 is now live! This release includes a few bug fixes, completing some tech debt, and additional back-end development for our SITREP dashboard.

⚒️ Feature Adds/Improvements

• Module 2 of Utility Impact Prediction is the creation of a Time Series Hazard Table for Wind, Wet Snow, Ice, and Heavy Precipitation. 
• Creating the route for a SITREP landing page. 
• Back-end development for creating a MSFT Teams site/channels for Exercise Management workspaces. 

✅ Bug Fixes

• Fixed displaying of AOR boundaries after it is created.
• Fixed uploading of files for DisasterGPT and prompt.
• Fixed File Sync error on SITREP page.
