Navigating PRATUS

When you log in to PRATUS, you’ll land on the Hub, the platform’s centralized common operating picture for situational awareness, operational coordination, and incident visibility.

Here’s a quick overview of the main navigation tools in PRATUS:

Main Menu

Select the hamburger menu to access key areas of PRATUS, including:

  • Incident Management Workspaces
  • Organization Settings
  • Additional platform modules and tools

Learning & Support

Select the question mark icon to access:

  • The PRATUS Knowledge Base
  • Support resources

PRATUS AI

Select the PRATUS AI button from anywhere in the platform to:

  • Ask operational questions
  • Search incident-related information
  • Review reports and status updates
  • Access AI-assisted insights based on available workspace data

Profile & Settings

Select your profile icon in the upper-right corner of the screen to:

  • Update profile information
