How do I view the Approved Incident Action Plan (IAP) from the Hub?

The PRATUS Hub provides a centralized view of incidents, Areas of Responsibility (AORs), and operational information across your organization. You can also view the current Approved Incident Action Plan (IAP) for an incident directly from the Hub, allowing leadership and support personnel to quickly understand the current operational picture without navigating into the Incident Workspace.

Key Benefits

Viewing Approved Plans from the Hub allows users to:

  • Quickly review the current operational plan
  • Monitor incidents across multiple locations
  • Stay informed without opening each Incident Workspace
  • Provide leadership with a centralized operational picture

Once an Incident Action Plan has been approved, authorized users can view it directly from the Hub. This provides quick access to the latest operational plan, improves situational awareness across multiple incidents, and eliminates the need to open each Incident Workspace individually.

  2. Locate the incident on the map or from the Incidents list.
  3. Select the incident you want to review.
