How do I navigate PRATUS?

Follow these steps to navigate PRATUS in your browser or within the Microsoft Teams app.

When you first enter PRATUS, you’ll land on the Hub, your central location for real-time situational awareness. From there, you can access other areas of the platform using the following navigation options: 

  1. Menu: Select the hamburger menu to access key areas of the platform, including the Incident Management Workspace and Org Settings. 
  2. Get help: Click the question mark icon to open the PRATUS Knowledge Base and access support resources. 
  3. PRATUS AI: Select the PRATUS AI button from anywhere in the platform to ask questions and receive insights on situation reports, status updates, and operational data. 
  4. Profile settings: Click your profile icon (initials or abbreviated name) to update your profile information or view the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
