Create a SITREP, an incident report, and even a slide deck in seconds!
1. Navigate to the Map.
2. Click the SITREPs tab.
3. For first-time users, create a Section Template.
- Choose manual-generated or AI-generated section types.
- Choose a name, upload files (optional), and choose datasets from which to find information.
- Uploaded files might include company policies for evacuations, emergency rubrics, or even after-action reports from prior events. This allows DisasterGPT to create SITREPs that follow or include that information.
- Click Save.
We recommend that new users create all Section Templates at one time that might be applicable to them.
4. Create SITREP Templates.
- Choose a name
- Add from the list of available section templates.
- Click Save.
5. Create a New SITREP.
- Create a name for your SITREP.
- Select a SITREP Template.
- Click Create.
6. View your SITREP results.
From the results, you can Create an Incident Report, ask DisasterChat a question, or download the SITREP as a DOCX file.
