Get started using the Overview (Dashboard) by following this step-by-step tutorial.
Step 1

Click the more options icon (ellipses).

Select Edit Exercise Details.

Choose the relevant option from the drop-down menu.

Type in the exercise instructions for participants.

Click Next to proceed to the second step.
Note: Certain details can be changed in EXERCISE SETTINGS.
Step 2

Click on Add Planning Meeting. A new window will open.

Input the Name and Location of the meeting.

Choose the Start Date and End Time from the drop-down. Please note: The Time is set for EDT.

Press Done and proceed to the next step.

Click Save Changes to save the meeting time.

Add as many Planning Meetings as necessary.
-
Click Next to proceed to step 3.
Step 3
For this step, you’ll add the Funding Source of the training exercise.

Click Add Funding Source to start. A new window will open with two drop-downs: Source and Sub-source.

Choose the applicable Primary choice from the Source drop-down.

Select the relevant Sub-source.
-
Type in the dollar amount of funding from the source.

Press Save Changes to continue.

Click Next to move to the next step.
Step 4
Enter Organizational Capability Targets:

Click the blue Add Targets button.
-
Enter the Organizational Capability Target Title.
-
Provide a Description.
-
Press the Save button.
-
Click Next to go to the fifth step.
Step 5
In this step, you’ll add the Core Capabilities.

Click the blue Add/Update Capabilities button. A new window will pop up.

Choose the applicable Core Capability from the drop-down menu.

Select Save to confirm your selection.
Note: Repeat the process to add more Core Capabilities.
Review
After completing all five steps, review your changes.

Click the Review button next to each step.
-
Review each section.
-
Press the Complete.
