      How do I Customize my Basemap?

      In Basemap, find the map layer you want to activate. Then, toggle its corresponding switch

      Follow these directions to customize your basemap.

      1. Navigate to the Basemap tab.

      2. Locate the map layer option for activation.

      3. Toggle the corresponding layer (e.g., Dark).

      There are various options available for basemap layers, each offering distinct features and functionalities:

      • Dark: View the map in dark mode. This mode will automatically disable the dark mode.

      • Light: View the map in light mode. This mode will automatically disable the light mode.

      • Streets: Display street names, county roads, and interstates on the map.

      • Outdoors: Show specialized map layers designed for hiking, biking, and other outdoor activities.

      • Satellite: View detailed aerial imagery of specific geographic information overlaid onto a basemap.

      • Satellite Street: Combines global satellite imagery with geographical information, including street names.

      • Navigation Preview Day: View the usual daytime traffic flow.

      • Navigation Preview Night: Observe the typical nighttime traffic conditions.

      • Navigation Guidance Day: View daytime traffic estimates and navigational routes.

      • Navigation Guidance Night: See nighttime traffic predictions and navigational routes.
