Press the New Incident button and input the missing details.
To get started using the Incident Workspace, you will need to add a new incident. Follow these steps to learn how:
Menu > Org Settings > Incidents > select "New Incident"

Navigate to the Menu.
- Click Org Settings.
- Choose Incidents from the menu.
- Press the blue New Incident button.
- Type in the Name.
- Select the Incident Type.
- Choose the Severity from the drop-down.
- Pick the Sponsor Organization from the menu.

Click the Save button.
Note: Adding an incident unlocks additional workspace features.
