How do I Create a New Incident?

Press the New Incident button and input the missing details.

To get started using the Incident Workspace, you will need to add a new incident. Follow these steps to learn how:

Menu > Org Settings > Incidents > select "New Incident"

  1. Navigate to the Menu.

  2. Click Org Settings
  3. Choose Incidents from the menu.
  4. Press the blue New Incident button
  5. Type in the Name
  6. Select the Incident Type.
  7. Choose the Severity from the drop-down.
  8. Pick the Sponsor Organization from the menu.  
  9. Click the Save button.

Note: Adding an incident unlocks additional workspace features.
