As a public benefit company, we believe that everything we build for an individual customer should be available (at no additional cost) to all our customers. When a new feature is built, we will send a notification via PRATUS to inform the users of the new feature and its functionality. Training materials and guides will also be available. The user can initially choose to either adopt the new feature into their routine or not use it. However, over time, accepting and integrating the update will become necessary as the older version phases out.
We schedule software updates/releases monthly. All updates occur in near real-time, overnight, with no downtime and no service disruption.
