How do I Add, Edit, or Delete an Inject Method?

Inject Methods can be added, updated, and deleted at any point in the exercise. Generally, Inject Methods include:

• Chat

• Email

• News Media

• Phone

• Radio Call

• Siren

• Social Media

• White Card

Follow this documentation to customize the Inject Methods in your workspace:

Add Inject Method

1. Select the Create Method button. A new window will appear.

2. Type in the Name of the method.

3. Click an icon from the Select an Icon menu.

4. Choose an icon from the menu.

5. Select a Color or type in the HEX Value of the color you want.

6. Press the Save Changes button.

Edit Inject Method

1. Find the Inject Method you would like to edit.

2. Click the more option icon (ellipses).

3. Select Edit Inject Method from the menu. 

4. Update the Name, Icon, and/or Color.

5. Press the Save Changes button.

Delete Inject Method

1. Click the more options icon (ellipses) associated with the Inject Method.

2. Press Delete Inject Method. 

3. Select the Delete button. 

Warning: Once you delete an Inject Method from the workspace, it will be permanently removed.
