Getting started with Exercise Management.

Plan and manage exercises using scenario-based events. Assess performance-based objectives and visualize real-time analytics.

The process begins with defining the foundation of the exercise scope, planning meetings, budget, and strategic objectives. Users then identify participants/players and their specific objectives and create scenario-based events, each with their own Master Scenario Events List (MSEL) injects linked to the objectives.

An interactive MSEL list is used to execute the exercise by managing the release and flow of the MSEL injects to drive the associated objectives.

As each MSEL inject with an objective is marked complete, evaluators and/or participants capture and document assessment/self-assessment of the objectives. Once forms are submitted, they provide real-time analytics, which can be viewed on the report page.

Use Design to:

  • Capture, prioritize, and align exercise objectives with strategic priorities.

  • Provide decision-makers with quantitative and qualitative data needed to make informed decisions.

  • Analyze trends, validate plans, and capture lessons learned.
