Can I Edit an Operational Period?

Yes. Click Edit Operational Period and input missing information.

To edit an operational period, follow these steps: 

  1. From the main menu, select Incident Management.
  2. Next, select Settings.
  3. Click the Edit Operational Period button.

  4. Select the Date box

  5. Choose the date from the calendar.

  6. Press the Time box

  7. Select the time on the clock.

  8. Click the DONE button.

  9. Choose an Interval (Hours) from the drop-down menu.

  10. Select Active or Not Active

  11. Click the Save button.
