DICE Now Available in the Microsoft Azure Marketplace

Microsoft Azure customers worldwide now gain access to decision science technologies for disaster management to take advantage of the scalability, reliability and agility of Azure to drive application development and shape business strategies 
Washington, D.C. October 7, 2020 – Disaster Techa leader in decision science technologies for disaster management, today announced the availability of Data science Integrated Collaboration Environment (DICE) in the Microsoft Azure Marketplacean online store providing applications and services for use on AzureDisaster Tech customers can now take advantage of the productive and trusted Azure cloud platform, with streamlined deployment and management. 
 Disaster Tech’s DICE platform uses geospatial analytics and open source software techniques to the maximum extent possible, improving quality, security, and flexibility needed for disaster forecasting and preparation. By leveraging these techniques, Disaster Tech provides decision support with actionable intelligence and applies them to various use cases across the disaster relief lifecycle.  
 
At its core, DICE is using real-time cross sector data for situational awareness and operational coordination across multiple hazards such as wildfires, hurricanes, and COVID-19 – all on Microsoft Teams. This availability on Teams has accelerated Disaster Tech’s ability to arm disaster managers with the tools they need to perform in high-stress situations.
